This workshop has been created and led by our certified yoga instructor for many years. Kundalini is a form of yoga that involves chanting, breathing exercises, meditations, and repetitive sequenced poses. Many people report significant emotional release upon experiencing Kundalini yoga guided by a knowlegable instructor.

Its purpose is to activate a spiritual energy that’s located at the base of the spine, by using the breath, vigorous exercises, and presence to lift and elevate the soul. We work to bring the mind to a more neutral space where we can achieve our greatest intentions.

As Kundalini yoga awakens this spiritual energy, it enhances awareness and helps to move past the ego. Kundalini energy is multiplied by the number of participants guided into alignment through the practice, so this workshop is a perfect offering to share with your family or friends.

This workshop is mobile and will be performed in the space of your choosing, within Vancouver BC city limits. You may invite up to six other pARTICIPANTS. pLEASE ENSURE THERE IS ADEQUATE SPACE FOR OUR INSTRUCTOR TO GUIDE THIS OFFERING; ENOUGH SPACE FOR EACH PARTICIPANT AND THE INSTRUCTOR TO PERFORM YOGA POSES COMFORTABLY.
