This initial interview is an in-depth, focused and honest analysis of your life or family unit. Through guided reflection and active listening, we’ll check your motivations, habits and routines, diet, overall health, finances, relationships, physical environment, spiritual, and personal development.
This analysis is done to identify areas that may need attention.
From here, we will draw a path to bringing improvement to areas identified as lacking. We can offer talk therapy, an objective eye and ear, healthy relationship advice, financial education and planning, prescribe movement and exercise, breathwork, nutritional counseling and guidance, expressive arts or dance therapy, relaxation and stress management techniques, mindfulness practices, and discussion to facilitate the discovery of life purpose.
We are passionate about working with individuals and families, helping them to create new activities, routines and solutions in their lives to bring about total wellness. This can take time and may involve further counseling and accountability sessions, to be determined.
